Since its formation in August 1993, Equidyne Systems (“ESI”) has been engaged in R&D, development, testing, clinical studies and obtaining clearance from the FDA to market Injex. We now manufacture and market a highly patented, "Needle-Free" drug delivery system, known as INJEX ™ technology. Injex has received FDA clearance to market and the CE Mark for European markets.

In January 2004, HNS International, Inc. (HNS) purchased all of the assets of Equidyne Systems including patents, Trademarks, all Technology assets and the worldwide rights to INJEX products. HNS is located in Anaheim, California, USA. INJEX - Equidyne Systems (dba) is a wholly owned subsidiary of HNS International, Inc. and is the (dba) name used by HNS to sell Injex needle-free products worldwide.

INJEX ™ is currently sold in many countries around the world through a strong network of medical device distributors. New distributor inquiries are always welcome. Our Company has formed Strategic Alliances with major pharmaceutical companies in the U.S., Japan and Europe, with which we are developing methods for delivering new “Self-Administered” drugs that will soon be available to patients with Injex needle-free technology. The package will include the self-administered medication and the Injex needle-free injection system together which provides the ideal combination for those patients who prefer needle-free injections over the needle.
