Injex - Equidyne Systems, Inc. completes Asset Purchase from Riemser AG

Injex – Equidyne Systems, Inc. a Medical Device manufacturer located in Anaheim, California USA has announced that it has completed the acquisition of all assets of Rosch Medzintechnik / Riemser AG a German based company that previously owned certain patents and distribution rights to Injex needle-free technology for the European market.

Injex – Equidyne Systems, Inc. has completed the Asset Purchase for an Undisclosed amount from Riemser AG, effective March 1, 2005. The assets include all technology, rights, patents, trademarks, inventory, tooling and Distribution network as well as certain other assets.

This acquisition now gives Injex – Equidyne Systems, Inc. the sole and exclusive ownership worldwide for all Injex products, technology, Distribution and manufacturing. A company spokesperson has told us that these worldwide rights further strengthen the companies position in the needle-free drug deliver markets, and makes Injex the most widely Distributed needle-free technology products.
